Thank you for visiting Gaia Rx.  We strive to make this visual blog an enlightening resource online and provide quality information to all visitors.  The purpose of this site is to inspire, inform, and engage visitors on a variety of topics related to our abundant planet… especially flora and fauna!  Hopefully we can inspire you to fall in love with her all over again.

I am not an M.D., politician, geologist, biologist, or any other branch of physical science; and any scientific info will be cited to original sources.  I am however a concerned citizen… and a lover of anthropology, wellness, dance, music, astrology and astronomy, writing, healing, organic gardening and permaculture.

First and foremost, I am a deeply devoted steward of our amazing blue Earth; and anything that helps restore the balance of living here in a more sustainable way.  This journey for me has deepened over time, with the hard knocks of life ~ and the grace of lessons learned.

There are clearly some projects, efforts, methods and results that don’t work for various reasons; and then there are those that DO.  I will share my own experience of both, for whatever it’s worth… I propose that what is most destructive of ourselves is also collectively, and vice versa.  My aim is to nurture the more constructive side of human nature… hopefully, together with YOU!

My fiancé is also a natural lover and steward of our planet.  He is a true ‘MacGyver’ an extremely talented builder, engineer, mechanic, and innovator of efficient structures of all kinds.  There is no one else on Earth I’d rather spend armageddon with, especially if we had to build a log cabin from scratch in the middle of nowhere!  I am incredibly grateful that he contributes his wisdom and knowledge to all of our projects in a myriad of ways.

I enjoy researching these topics, improving my own serve, and I am also interested in the views of others.  If you have valuable input any of these important issues, please comment and engage.  It is my hope that these types of conversations will open up the flood gates toward awareness and progress within humanity.

The name of this site is inspired by a dear friend who is no longer with us on this planet… She was one of the most avid builders of permaculture, and loving Gaia back into total restoration.  She always reminded me that when we are digging in the soil and toiling to heal the Earth… to also allow HER to heal US.. which she very much wants to.
